Welcome to the website for Anne George, Visual Artist.
Anne has been creating art for over 20 years. She has photography in the permanent collections of the Walker Art Center and Minneapolis Institute of Art. Her artist’s books are in collections at The Museum of Modern Art, Henie-Ostad Art Center, Norway, University of California, San Diego, and others. She received her BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and her MFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University.
This site represents her most current body of work which is photography and works on paper. The archive will be updated over time and will include previous exhibitions and bodies of work that are artist book’s, mixed media installations, photography and works on paper.
